Outbound: Tasmania 2012

INTRODUCING GROUP STUDY EXCHANGE TEAM TASMANIA 2012…

The GSE Subcommittee recently gathered in Duluth Minnesota to select a dynamic group of young professionals who will represent District 5580 on the Group Study Exchange Team to Tasmania, Australia.  We are pleased to announce that GARY JOHNSON (Bemidji Rotary) has been selected as the GSE Team Leader for 2012.  LARRY MORRISON (Detroit Lakes Rotary) will serve as Team Leader Alternate.

Gary and his team will have the pleasure of traveling to District 9830 which covers the entirety of Tasmania, an enchanting island state of Australia.  There are 1500 Rotarians and 48 Rotary Clubs waiting to welcome our GSE Team to their district.  As the natural beauty of Tasmania is unsurpassed Gary and his team are sure to have a spectacular adventure!  Our Outbound Team will travel between May 20 ~ June 21, while the Inbound Exchange Team from Tasmania will be in District 5580 from April 6th to May 6th.
